VinFast at CES


Creating an 8,400 sq. ft. activation that commands attention.

We’ve worked with VinFast, since they entered the US market in 2021, at the LA Auto Show. The objective at CES was to introduce the VF6 and VF7 models in advance of opening global pre-orders. VinFast wanted an experience that would generate curiosity and a real emotional connection, while also allowing potential customers to experience the tech features of their new models.

Features included

Over a 6-week period, we concepted, designed, fabricated, and installed a 70’ x 120’ booth.

  • Two massive, curved LED walls, 68’ x 18’ and 42’ x 18’
  • Two pre-production vehicle displays on circular platforms—complete with digital spec sheets
  • Two accessible production vehicle displays
  • Large profile graphics featuring the VinFast vehicle line-up
  • Freestanding graphic standees promoting partnerships, activations, and VinAI technology
  • Immersive VinFast experience room with innovative projection mapping technology
  • A display for four pre-production VinFast e-Bikes
  • Concierge bar for invited guests
  • Ride and Drive tent

Activation included

  • Press event on opening day
  • Booth-hosted iHeart Radio Chill Session
  • In-vehicle gaming capabilities where customers could play their favorite video game on the VF7 windshield – through a partnership with Pranos
  • Complimentary chauffeur service from the convention center to premium hotels
  • iHeart Radio after parties to transport celebs and influencers
  • a designed and executed scenic ride and drive experience

Results

The activation produced terrific results for VinFast. The number of attendees at the press event exceeded the invite list. There was positive feedback on the ride-and-drives as well as the chauffeured services.

Additionally, multiple international investors and potential partners reached out directly to express interest in dealership franchise opportunities. Across all activations, we generated thousands of unique leads.
