National Car Rental partnered with KPMG to sponsor the KPMG Tournament in Kildeer, IL. As part of their sponsorship, IMGLive approached ASV to help concept and build out a National Car Rental “Lesson Zone,” where guests had the opportunity to train with a golf pro during the event.
The Lesson Zone was made up of 3 main training courses – a putting green, a chipping zone and fully enclosed structure housing a golf simulator, all of which were custom built. The putting green featured multiple elevations, the chipping zone featured 3 stations, consisting of sand, water and putting green, and the simulator box was fully branded. We worked together with IMGLive and the tournament pros to ensure the experience of each course suited everyone’s needs.
The clients loved the set-up and have had several conversations about using the activation at other tournaments. In addition, National Car Rental expressed interest in bringing the activation to their headquarters for their employees to enjoy.
