Project Overview

Partnering with Hyundai’s agency, Advantage, ASV was tasked to bring to life a chill, music-inspired VIP backstage-style experience – allowing festivalgoers to interact with Hyundai’s vehicle line-up in a fun, pressure-free zone.

And, how better to create an activation than in a self-contained 40’x40’x40’ inflatable tent.  We started by delivering a strong, hilltop presence at Atlanta’s Piedmont Park with an exterior to grab your attention from everywhere.  The 10’ height sculpted dimensional guitars and live-broadcast LED video walls welcomed guests to enter the dynamic space.  A 12’ high backlit guitar surrounded by Fender guitars signed by performing artists was the ideal photo op. 

Illuminated vehicle outlines etched into 12’ high acrylic panels and a custom LED counter created an eye-catching visual for the featured DJ performances.  Behind the interior display vehicle, interactive light panels simulated a larger-than-life equalizer, with colors and lights dancing to the music rhythm amplified throughout the space.  Running along the exterior tent wall, we created an air conditioned 40’ long LED tunnel, which was a perfect “Chill Zone” for festivalgoers trying to escape the Atlanta humidity.

Live music, artist performances, interactive engagements and complimentary drinks made Hyundai’s tent the place to be for attendees thirsty for a cool environment to hang out and experience the music, and the cars, on an up-close and personal basis.
